Pumpkin Patch Watercolor Tutorial

Watercolor paper 140 lb

Make a light sketch of a simple pumpkin patch scene with Goldfaber Graphite pencil.

Paint the pumpkin with various shades of yellow, orange, red and purple pan watercolors.

Color in the crows with shades of grey, blue and brown pan watercolors.

Color the backdrop to ground the pumpkin with various shades of green. Color around the flowers. Paint a few mushrooms around the pumpkin.

When wet paint dries, erase any pencil lines.
